'Flip Flop' is a privately owned, three bedroomed, detached villa 800 metres from the beach at Moliets Plage in South West France. A new 8 x 4m heated swimming pool is under construction and will be ready in May 2013.
Ideally located for the beach, and with the golf course, shops and restaurants within 500 metres, it is an easy walk to all facilities. Nestled among the pines in a quiet commune, the villa stands in a fenced garden of just over 600 m2.
Moliets is well known for its golf course (one of the top ten courses in France), and the beach is famous as one of the best surfing destinations in Europe. There are footpaths and dedicated cycle trails through the vast pine forest, and a nature reserve at the Courant d'Huchet, which runs from Leon to the sea just north of Moliets.
Built in 2002, 'Flip Flop' is well equipped and newly furnished, with a large covered terrace and wooden decking area. There is parking for two cars.
